Nana is a four-year-old girl who lives with her mother and grandfather in a stone house in the countryside. It is in this rural setting, where wonders and dangers come together to give free rein to the plot, that the little girl learns to dress herself, plays outdoors and walks in the woods. One afternoon, when Nana comes home from school, she finds only silence in her house. That is when a journey into the darkness of her childhood begins. As if it were an observational documentary, Nana travels through the mystery of the story in what becomes a lost paradise of childhood.
