The Conjuring' tells the terrifying story of the Perron family; a family who, in the 1970s, claimed to have contacted evil spirits in their Rhode Island home. Their alleged supernatural encounters were studied and investigated by Ed and Lorraine Warren (played in the film by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga). Lorraine is a medium and Ed is a reputed investigator. Both are dedicated to the study of spiritual and paranormal cases. Lorraine soon discovers that the apparitions are related to the spirit of a child and a mysterious music box that has been in the house for decades.
