Ralph would like to be like Fix-It Felix. He is everything Ralph would like to be: a nice, polite guy that everyone loves. Tired of being the bad guy in the video game, Ralph wants to be a hero and is desperate to prove it somehow. That opportunity appears when he decides to change of scenery and enter the arcade machine Heroe's Duty, an action video game in which getting the best score will get the gold medal that will accredit him as a true hero. Everything gets complicated when the monsters that inhabit Heroe's Duty invade the Sugar Rush video game and threaten to destroy it. Ralph will find himself on his journey to save the arcade with the adorable and brave Vanellope, with whom he will have to collaborate if he wants to save the world of video games.
